Tirana’s Energy Efficiency Hub is located in a public building where KESH-is offices used to be, at “Victor Eftimiu” street. The Hub is designed as a multifunctional space and works as an open laboratory where experiments, step by step, energy audit processes are conducted. The creation of the Hub aims to raise awareness of the need for energy savings and proposes appropriate tools and ways of intervention in the existing structure for energy efficient use.
